1. The Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Contact & order details — name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address.

  • Purchase details — the products you order, order value, and order history.

  • Communications — messages you send us (for example, support or refund requests).

Payment information: When you pay, your card or payment details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna). We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect certain technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and how you interact with the Site.

Marketing information: If you provide your email (for example, at checkout or in a form), we may collect it to send marketing and abandoned-cart messages as described in Section 5.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart, measure performance, and support advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, Inc.), which helps us understand how visitors use the Site, measure our ads, and show relevant ads to you on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including reminders about items left in your cart.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through Meta's ad settings and tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Where required, we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies, and California residents can exercise the opt-out described in Section 9.

3. How We Use Your Information & Legal Bases

We use your personal information to:

  • Process and deliver your orders, run subscriptions, and provide support — necessary to perform our contract with you.

  • Take payment and prevent fraud — necessary for our contract and our legitimate interest in protecting against fraudulent transactions and chargebacks.

  • Send marketing and abandoned-cart emails — based on your consent and/or our legitimate interest in marketing to existing customers; you can opt out at any time (see Section 5).

  • Measure and improve the Site and our advertising (including via the Meta Pixel) — based on your consent for non-essential analytics/advertising cookies and/or our legitimate interests.

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — necessary to comply with the law.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object (see Section 8).

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data for Money

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state laws. California residents can opt out as described in Section 9.

5. Marketing & Abandoned-Cart Messages

If you give us your email, we may send you promotional emails and reminders about items left in your cart. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com. We will still send you non-marketing messages necessary for your orders (such as order and shipping confirmations).

6. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only with parties that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna) to take payment.

  • Our checkout/funnel and hosting providers (e.g., Funnelish) that operate the Site and checkout.

  • Shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your order.

  • Email/marketing and analytics providers to send messages and measure performance.

  • Advertising partners (e.g., Meta) as described in Sections 2 and 4.

  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or in connection with a business sale or reorganization.

We require these providers to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Sweden (EU) and our customers and some of our providers are in the United States, so your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the EU and the U.S. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

8. Your Rights (EU/EEA/UK — GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these rights, email inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), www.imy.se.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

9. Your Rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know/access the personal information we collect and how we use and share it; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, email inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Information," adjust your cookie choices on the Site, and/or use a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required.
