IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of https://micebegone.co and any related sub-domains, pages, and checkouts (the "Site"), and any purchase of products from us. These Terms contain disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability (see Sections 12–13) that affect your legal rights. By accessing, using, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Who We Are
The Site and the products sold through it are owned and operated by WM Group AB ("MiceBeGone," "we," "our," or "us"), a limited company (aktiebolag) registered in Sweden [organization number: 5595507962. You can reach us any time at inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products
MiceBeGone sells natural, plant-based pest-deterrent products for personal and household use, which currently include:

MiceBeGone Natural Rodent Repellent Pouches — slow-release scent pouches (sold in 4-, 8-, and 12-count packs and via subscription) intended to help deter mice and other rodents from treated areas.

MiceBeGone Mosquito Repellent Patches — plant-based, DEET-free adhesive patches intended as a personal, wearable scent deterrent.
Nature of the products. Our products are scent-based deterrents and prevention aids. They are designed to help make treated areas less attractive to pests and to support an existing, cleared environment. They are not rodenticides, insecticides, traps, or poisons, and they are not guaranteed to eliminate an active or established infestation. Our products are not a substitute for professional pest control where a serious or active infestation exists. Results vary depending on placement, the size and condition of the space, airflow, temperature, severity of the pest pressure, and how the product is used. See Section 11 (Disclaimers).
4. Orders, Offers & Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Applicable taxes or duties are calculated or noted at checkout where required.

We may present one-time offers, upsells, downsells, order bumps, and bundle discounts during checkout. These offers and their prices are available only at the time and on the page shown and may not be available later.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we ship it (or, for subscriptions, when we process the relevant charge).
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (Important)
Some products are offered on a subscription / auto-ship basis. If you choose a subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring plan. Please read this section carefully.

What you authorize. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel — for the price, billing frequency, and shipment cadence disclosed on the checkout page at the time of purchase (for example, a 4-pack shipped and billed approximately every 30 days).

Introductory pricing. If an introductory or promotional price is offered, the price will automatically change to the standard recurring price disclosed at checkout after the introductory period ends.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date — with no fee and no obligation — through your account or by emailing inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments; it does not retroactively refund shipments already processed, except as provided by the Guarantee in Section 8.

Changes. We will provide notice of any change to your recurring price as required by law before it takes effect.
By enrolling in a subscription you confirm that the recurring nature, frequency, and pricing were disclosed to you and that you agree to them.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you in good faith to resolve lost or damaged shipments — contact inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include card, PayPal, and "buy now, pay later" providers such as Klarna). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by third-party processors subject to their own terms; we do not store full payment-card details on our servers.
8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com with your order number — no return of used product required, and no complicated process. We will refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method.
To keep this guarantee fair and available to genuine customers, the following reasonable conditions apply:

The guarantee covers one refund per customer or household.

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

For multi-packs, bundles, or subscription shipments, we may ask you to return the unused portion (we'll provide instructions); you do not need to return product you've already used.

The guarantee applies to the product price; shipping costs (including return shipping, which is the customer's responsibility) are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to decline a refund where we identify fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms — for example, repeated refund requests across multiple orders, accounts, or addresses.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Once a return is processed and approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
9. Returns & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Used consumable product generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but this does not affect your rights under Section 8 or applicable law. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
10. Reviews, Testimonials & Results
Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Individual results vary. Any statistics or third-party information referenced on the Site are provided for general information and may be drawn from external sources.
11. Product Use, Safety & Disclaimers

Use as directed. Place and use products as described on the packaging and instructions. Keep concentrated essential-oil products out of reach of children and pets — this is standard guidance for concentrated oils and is a caution against ingestion of the undiluted product, not a statement that ordinary ambient use is unsafe.

Deterrent, not exterminator. Our products are intended to deter and help prevent pest activity. They are not represented as capable of eliminating an active, established, or severe infestation on their own, and they are not a replacement for professional pest-control services where those are needed.

No medical or health claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you have allergies, are pregnant, or have specific health concerns, consult a professional before use.

Allergen/sensitivity notice. Products contain plant-based essential oils. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
12. No Warranties ("As Is")
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WM GROUP AB AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WM Group AB from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content on the Site — including the MiceBeGone name, logo, packaging design, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
16. Resolving Disputes
We want to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. Please contact us first at inbox.contactcenter@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter before any formal proceedings.
17. Governing Law
WM Group AB is established in Sweden, and these Terms and any dispute relating to them or your purchase are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or U.S. state of residence, which continue to apply to the extent they are required by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or purchases after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
